Find your peace.
I became a therapist because I love people. Not the masks that people put on every day to get through our lives; I love the complex, creative, resilient people behind those masks. People who want to find the soul and center of their beings and heal from there.
We all develop genius strategies for surviving in a world that does not often provide us with the tools we need. Oftentimes, the strategies that enabled us to survive at one time in our lives become obstacles to our mental well-being and our inner peace now.
My goal is to understand each person’s story, where they came from, how they got here, and where they wish to go now. My role is to guide them to new ways of thinking, new ways of coping, and new ways of thriving.
